The Magic of Christopher Tracy

What is Virtual Magic?

Vir·tu·al: Existing in the mind, especially as a product of the imagination.
Mag·ic: A mysterious quality of enchantment.

Arthur C. Clarke put it best:
"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

Magic has always been one step ahead of technology by using obscure principles of science to demonstrate spectacles of wonder.

Imagine if you had lit a match 2000 years ago... It would have been a MIRACLE!

As technology continues to advance at an exponential rate...
Most magicians have been left in the dust.
It's hard to impress a kid with the "rabbit in the hat" trick when they were just watching the
magic of
"cutting edge technology" bring a dinosaur to life on their portable DVD player.

The only solution (as always) is to stay one step ahead of the game.
This has always been the goal of Virtual Magic and for the past several years
Christopher has perpetuated this idea by working his unique concept into trade shows
(product launches), company events (making the CEO appear) and even private events.

How does it work? It's actually very simple!

Step 1: You contact us with the details of your event.
Step 2: We brainstorm and put together a package with several proposals.
Step 3: You review the package and decide what fits your needs and budget.

Once that is done... We put together a schedule for pre-shoots and rehearsals
based on the availability of everyone that is to be featured during the performance.
(We try to keep everything as quick and easy as possible for everyone involved ;~)

Once the footage is put together, pre-viewed and everyone agrees that this will
totally freak everybody out and be the talk of the company for years to come...

Then it's SHOWTIME!

One example:
The guest speaker can't make it to the company banquet because his flight
has been cancelled due to inclement weather.
He is stuck at the airport in Dallas so the only option is for him to speak via web cam
which is played on a video screen at the event. During his "spiel" Christopher is busy
attaching a hose to the podium on stage. Placing the opposite end of the hose onto
center of the screen you hear a loud suction noise as you start to see the live image distort.
Smoke starts to rise from behind the podium and suddenly the entire image on the screen
gets sucked into the hose. There is a flash of light and suddenly from the smoke...
The speaker appears on stage behind the podium! Beat THAT for an entrance!

Christopher's latest project is to bring Virtual Magic to the general public by taking
Nearly 20 years of experience and combining it with the ideas of some extremely
creative people on the cutting edge of technology.
Stay tuned...
